Joe Davis: Hi everyone. It’s going well. We’ll see how well I do on the short and sweet (laugh).

Question (on-screen): How does your team come to agreement on its long-term economic and market outlook?

Joe Davis: A strong foundation of our economic and market view is actually a healthy debate. We’ll get in there and mix it up. We have a global team, diversity of backgrounds, diversity of experiences, diversity of cultures, and we have crew based all around the world.

And so we come together, and often there’s disagreement in terms of the research we do, and how do we reconcile that? It’s not by arm wrestling. We will reconcile that by who has the most compelling insight based upon research and data, and we’ll come to a collective decision. But it’s a really healthy cornerstone of our process.
